How do I verify I am paying the right company?
The beneficiary on our invoice always matches our registered company name. Before paying, verify the bank details via two channels — WhatsApp and e-mail — and request a video call if the details ever change. We never ask for payment to personal accounts.
How fast do you reply and in which languages?
WhatsApp is our main channel: we usually reply within a couple of hours during business hours (GMT+8) and prepare quotations within 24 hours. You can write in Russian or English.
